Ilona House is our Wine Ambassador and I cannot say enough about the role she has played in teaching my family about wines.  We are Wine Society Members and have felt like VIP’s with Ilona as our representative.  Through her experience in her role at JCB we all have learned so much about which wines we prefer and enjoy.   During Covid, given virtual opportunities we were able to host an appreciation event via zoom with a wine pairing and talk led by Ilona featuring The French Kiss.  Through out the last three years working with Ilona as our Wine Ambassador we have experienced excellent customer service.   Ilona keeps us up to date on events hosted at the Boisset properties, Wine Maker Zoom Events, as well as all upcoming promotions.  When the occasional technological issue comes up she is at the ready to make a phone call and assist us through any process that has come up along the way.  This year for my milestone Birthday Ilona assisted my husband and I with planning a trip which included the JCB properties in Napa.  We enjoyed the Crystal Cellar Tour at Raymond Winery to the Barrel Tasting and the tour at the Buena Vista Winery.  We learned so much about the history of the properties and walked away with a greater appreciation of our membership and what it has to offer.  The experience was the trip of a lifetime and we are thankful to have Ilona House as our Wine Ambassador.  RENEE S
